About my person

I love the triangle of technology, economy and people. It runs like a thread through my career so far. After having graduated as a Dipl.-Ing. in electrical engineering (M.Sc.El.Eng.), I have completed a degree in economics as a Dipl.-Kfm. (M.Sc.Econ.). With advanced professional and life experience, the topic of 'human being' has increasingly fascinated me. I am very interested in how we 'function' as a human in general, and have completed a training to be able to practice as a certified Systemic Management Coach (SMC®).

After a long-standing industrial career with a strong international orientation, in 2018 I decided to follow the path of entrepreneurial independence, to make my family and professional life even more self-determined. Most recently, I was responsible for Schneider Electric's worldwide low-voltage products and systems business. Previously, I worked for companies such as Siemens, ABB, Deutsche Bahn and Saurer in various roles, from sales to general management, both in my home country and abroad. It is of particular concern to me to continue being closely associated with machinery and plant engineering industry with a focus on electrical power engineering as access to energy is a human right.

My entrepreneurial activity covers the following fields: executive sparring, coaching, consulting, management support, advisory board mandates, brokerage of transactions and own investment projects. It is my personal concern to assist and guide individuals and corporate leadership in delivering excellence. "Turning performance pressure into joy" would summarize it as kind of a motto quite well.

My core values are: trust, discipline and learning.
